Returns & Exchanges
It’s our goal to make sure you’re completely happy with your order. If your order isn’t just the way you like it, we’ll make things right.
If you are not 100% happy, you can:
- Exchange your item for a new size/style
- Return for store credit
- Return for a full product refund
Free exchanges in the US:
If you would like to exchange for a different item you can do that easily in our returns portal here. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of the date your order was shipped and be delivered back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Free returns for store credit within the US:
If you would like to return for store credit you can do that easily in our returns portal here. Returns for store credit must be made within 21 days of the date your order was shipped and is also delivered to our returns warehouse within 21 days of the date you received your package. If you select a return for store credit we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Easy refunds to original payment method in the US:
If you would like to start a return for a refund to your original payment method you can do that easily in our returns portal here. Return requests must be made within 21 days of the date your order was shipped and be delivered back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Once we receive your return request we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return. When the return is received your refund will be processed less an $8 label fee, which helps us to cover the cost of your return. Note refunds do not include any shipping costs from the original order.
Any returns received back to our warehouse, later than 21 days after the date you received your package, will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Final Sale items:
All final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit.
Damaged and worn items:
Please note, we do not accept returns on worn, washed or damaged items, sale items, or group orders. If a worn or damaged item is sent back, please know that it is at your own risk and will not be eligible for any refund, exchange, nor will the item be able to be sent back to you. If you need any clarification, please email us at [email protected]
NOTE: We'll do our best to make sure you have a positive experience. We're open to feedback but do not tolerate the use of name calling or expletives in communication with our team, so please remain respectful. If you’re unnecessarily rude to our team, we’ll happily deduct a little handling fee from your refund and go grab a beer. Please also note that we have the right to refuse any return if we think you are abusing our policies.
Holiday Returns:
All purchases made during November and December are eligible for a return for store credit or exchange through January 15, 2024. We want to ensure you and your loved ones have the perfect Kenny Flowers 'fit to bring in the New Year! If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, or return for store credit, you can do that easily in our returns portal here to get your free, prepaid return label.

Once we receive your return request we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return. We are happy to assist with international returns and exchanges within 45 days of when the order is shipped, but at this time we do not provide labels.
- If you would like to start an international return or exchange, please complete your return / exchange request by clicking here so we know what you will be sending back. - If you are doing an exchange, we will reimburse you for your return shipping label. If you are doing a return, you will be fully responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
- We will get your return / exchange squared away after we have received the item(s) and confirmed everything is still in a brand new condition. Please allow 8-10 business days after delivery at our warehouse.
- Please note, we do not accept returns on worn, washed or damaged items, sale items, or group orders.

The speed of your exchange depends on how fast you drop your package in the mail. Your exchange order will begin processing as soon as the provided return label has been scanned by USPS and is marked in-transit. If you need your new item right away, please go ahead and order it on the site and we will give you a full return credit when we receive your exchanged item back. If that is the way you want to go, just let us know by emailing [email protected]!
We’ll reimburse your original method of payment once we have received the product and confirmed there are no cranberry vodka spills, cigar burns, suntan lotion or lipstick kisses on it. Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery at our warehouse. Thanks for understanding, as we are a small business and doing our best to make everyone happy. If you are returning for store credit, we’ll send through a gift card code as soon as the provided return label has been scanned by USPS and is marked in-transit.
Returns for purchases made at our Flagship Store in Charleston, SC must be done at the store. Please visit the store or reach out to [email protected] to get your return started.
You can start a return or exchange by logging into the portal here. You'll need the order number which is available in the order confirmation email, along with your shipping zip code or email address you used to place the order.
Orders
If you need to make any changes to an order, simply email [email protected] with your request. We address all inquiries as soon as possible and we will do all we can to make this change, however, it is not guaranteed. Our warehouse is not on island time and works hard to get your order packed and shipped within one business day. We can not make any cancellations or changes once our warehouse has processed and packed your order. If an order is unable to be cancelled before it is shipped, please use our portal to return the order once it arrives.
If an order ships before an address is able to be corrected, we unfortunately are unable to make any changes. You will need to contact the carrier directly to request that it is re-routed. We ship all orders to the address given at checkout and are not liable if the address is not correct at the time of shipping.
Our Customer Success team is eager to get you bloomin' in your new KF threads! An all-star representative will be available to help answer any of your questions Monday - Friday between 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST. While we try to respond as quickly as possible, please allow one business day for a response!
We’re as excited as you to get you your new KF gear. You can expect a smooth USPS delivery within 3-5 business days and some great gear for your next adventure. If you need your order in a hurry, please select our expedited option during checkout and we’ll take care of it from there. When considering the best shipping time, please be aware that the first day of shipping is not counted by the carrier (ex. Monday order with 3 business day shipping will arrive on Thursday).
Here is a little more info on when you can expect your order based on your shipping choice within the United States:
- Free shipping on orders over $150 – arrives 3-5 business days after your order is shipped
- 3-5 Day First Class Shipping – arrives 3-5 business days after your order is shipped
- Arrives in 3 Business Days – orders placed before Noon EST arrive in 3 business days
- 2 Day Express – orders placed before Noon EST arrive in 2 business days (Hawaii and Alaska may take 3 business days)
Please allow 1 business day for processing during the week, or expect your order to ship on Monday if you order on the weekend. We aim to ship your order out the same day, but we are a small business and can’t always get to every order that day. Orders placed before Noon Eastern Time will get priority at the warehouse.
You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Please note that carriers do not pickup on U.S. federal holidays, and it is not considered a business day. If you place an order on the weekend with a federal holiday on a Monday, your order will not be picked up by carriers on this day, but the next business day. Please take this into consideration when considering shipping time
Protect My Order protects your package from loss damage and theft with priority resolution offered on orders at checkout. Simply select the box to opt in. If your order is stolen, damaged in transit, or lost, you will be able to have your problem resolved instantly with a reship or refund. If something should happen to your order in transit and you have opted in to Protect My Order, please email us directly at [email protected] and our support team will get a resolution for your order as quickly as possible. Please note that if you opt out of Protect My Order, Kenny Flowers is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.

Washing Instructions
Pretty simple stuff here - we recommend a standard machine wash cold cycle and then hanging these high-performers to dry. A tumble dry low option is also acceptable.
They love the sun as much as you do, so if you’re not wearing them, and a balcony permits, we recommend air drying. Just make sure no one at your resort jacks them.
Most of our shirts are made with a soft, breathable fabric called rayon. Silky and strong, they feel so good on; you can make some serious moves in them. The following is recommended for all of our rayon, silk, linen, and cotton shirts:
You can dry clean these bad boys for a consistently fresh, crisp look. Or, as instructed on the tags – play it cool, hand wash cold, hang to dry, no bleach just beach. After you hand wash and hang to dry, shake your shirt out gently, or iron on low to get any remaining wrinkles out. Doing more, like putting it in a washing machine can be too aggressive for this smooth fabric so we advise against it. While throwing these shirts in a dryer is as easy as getting a hangover, we once again advise against it. Would you want to tumble around in a hot dryer after being out having the time of your life? Nah, you probably just want to hang, regroup and go at it again. Find our easy tips consolidated below:
- Hand wash cold or dry clean. Dry clean these bad boys for a consistently fresh, crisp look
- If hand washing, hang to dry
- No bleach, just beach
- Don’t place them in the dryer
- If choosing a path other than those suggested by our team of experts, like placing in a delicate wash setting or hand wash with other soft materials, (no jeans or towels, ya dig?), note that this is at your own risk as we do not advise the washing machine.
- Ignoring the care instructions may lead to shrinkage
We want your new Watercolors Swimwear to last you for endless pool parties, beach vacays, and days in the sun. So here are some quick and easy tips to keep your swimsuit in prime condition, for every wear (and everywhere) around the world.
Wash Your Suit ASAP After Each Wear – Even if you don't go in the water, sand, sunscreen and your body's natural oils can still impact the life of your swimsuit. You can further extend the life of your beautiful one piece or bikini by making sure to gently wash it after every wear!
Hand Wash & Be Gentle – Always hand wash your suit! Our favorite bikini washing formula is combining cold water + with just a touch of gentle laundry detergent. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes then rinse it out gently. Lay flat to dry.
No Bleach, Just Beach – Even on white swimwear, stay away from bleach. For spot cleaning, a little bit of Shout will do the trick!
Don't Dry Your Watercolors in Direct Sunlight – If you're drying your swimsuits outside, hang or lay them in the shade. Drying in the sun too long can cause discoloring and fading!
Stay Away from Heat – Never, ever, ever iron or throw your suits in the dryer! Just like sunlight, too much heat can cause fading or terrible damage to the fabric. Always opt for hang drying, or ideally lying flat like you on your lounge chair Day 1 of vacay.

Our Terry collection is made of high quality organic cotton designed to be extremely absorbent, breathable, soft and comfortably casual. Adding heat when home laundering can impact the fabric and lead to shrinkage or damages. Keep those super soft threads fresh by following these care instructions:
- Machine or hand wash cold
- The tops can hang dry or lay flat to dry
- The bottoms should lay flat to dry
- Don’t put them in the dryer
- No bleach, just beach
